Dee’s Olive Oil Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar raw unfiltered
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped fresh parsley optional
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt or Pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 tsp Liquid stevia or monk fruit extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar.  Cover the jar, close tightly, and vigorously shake the jar to blend all of the ingredients. Alternatively, you can put everything into a blender and blend to mix thoroughly.

  2. Keeps in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
