Dee's Favorite Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt, regular (2/3 cup if using Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Flax Seeds, ground (also called flax meal)
  • 3 Tbsp Oat Bran
  • 7 halves Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Berries or other fruits
  • 3 drops Liquid Stevia, or to taste optional
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, cinnamon, ground flax seeds, oat bran, stevia and vanilla (if using) in a bowl. Stir to mix.

  2. Top with walnuts and fruits Enjoy!
