Dee's Favorite Breakfast

Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt, regular (2/3 cup if using Greek yogurt)
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Flax Seeds, ground (also called flax meal)
- 3 Tbsp Oat Bran
- 7 halves Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Berries or other fruits
- 3 drops Liquid Stevia, or to taste optional
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract optional
Instructions

Combine yogurt, cinnamon, ground flax seeds, oat bran, stevia and vanilla (if using) in a bowl. Stir to mix.

Top with walnuts and fruits Enjoy!
